## Description

The Senior Legal Analyst supports the legal team in Brazil by assisting with contract execution, legal analysis, and operational legal matters.

Responsibilities:

- Support the drafting, review, and administration of commercial agreements and related legal documentation.

- Assist with legal research, issue tracking, and preparation of summaries and analyses for internal stakeholders.

- Maintain legal trackers, templates, and documentation to support contract management and reporting as well as meetings minutes and internal committees agenda.

- Interface with internal business and legal stakeholders to support legal processes and workflows.

- Assist senior legal team members on projects and initiatives, as assigned.

Requirements:

- Law degree and admission to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), in good standing.

- 3+ years of post qualification legal experience, with experience supporting commercial contracts.

- Strong organizational skills, ability to use AI, keep track of documents, templates and attention to detail.

- Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast paced legal environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Fluent in English (spoken and written).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
