## Description

Rolls-Royce Deutschland is seeking a motivated master's student with a passion for digitalization, data analytics, process optimization, and AI-driven innovation. The successful candidate will combine strong technical and analytical capabilities with effective stakeholder management skills to deliver end-to-end digital solutions, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Analyze business, customer, and supply chain data, develop KPIs, and create automated, interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.

- Process Automation & Optimization: Streamline business processes by transforming manual activities into automated workflows using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Mendix, and other automation technologies.

- Requirements Engineering & Solution Design: Gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and support the design of scalable data, system, process, and solution architectures.

- AI & Digital Innovation: Explore and implement AI-driven solutions using LLMs, AI Agents, Copilot technologies, and open-source AI frameworks.

- Supply Chain & Operational Excellence: Support supply chain operations through data-driven insights, process improvements, and digital solutions.

- Stakeholder Management & Team Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements, align objectives, and deliver data-driven and digital solutions.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree programme with active student status.

- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Power BI, Advanced Excel, SAP, SQL, Databricks, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Mendix, Data Analytics, Process Automation, Supply Chain Management, Open-Source LLMs, AI Agents, and Basic Software Development & Solution Architecture knowledge.
