## Description

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team at Alfred Dunhill. As a Sales Representative, you will develop and implement a customer contact plan to communicate product launches and engage potential customers in relevant sales campaigns to build new relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a customer contact plan to communicate product launches and engage potential customers

- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints, resolving them and referring complex issues to others

- Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting, using standard materials to make presentations to customers

- Identify potential customers through information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers and other contacts

- Identify products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs, proposing quantities and product configurations

- Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the CRM system

- Assist with the development of internal communications and work collaboratively with colleagues to build strong external customer relationships

- Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures, relevant regulatory codes, and codes of conduct

- Respond to personal objectives and use performance management systems to improve personal performance

- Develop own capabilities through assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching
