## Description

IOM is seeking a highly experienced professional to lead its Resources Management Unit. The successful candidate will serve as a core member of the senior management team and provide strategic leadership and advisory services on resource management, financial sustainability, and operational governance.

The Head of Resources Management Unit will be responsible for:

- Providing strategic leadership and advisory services to the Chief of Mission and senior management team

- Developing and implementing integrated resource management strategies

- Leading financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

- Overseeing human resources, including staffing, training, and performance management

- Driving resource optimization and performance management

- Managing risk and ensuring compliance with IOM regulations and donor requirements

- Providing functional oversight of ICT services and assets

- Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, human resources, and operations management, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
