## Description

As a Deployment Strategist at ElevenLabs, you will work with a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers, and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, the company's enterprise AI platform.

Your mission is to understand the challenges faced by customers and develop solutions to address them. You will own flagship deals end-to-end, identify high-impact use cases, guide customers on best practices for deploying products, and present results to technical teams and C-suite executives.

Responsibilities:

- Own flagship deals from identifying use cases to structuring commercial terms and driving them to close

- Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers and act as a trusted partner

- Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life

- Guide customers on best practices for deploying products

- Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally

- Present results of work and proposals for future work to various audiences

- Collaborate with Research teams to feed field insights back into the platform and models

- Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and AI technology

- Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity

- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management

- Commercial instinct and comfort engaging in deal conversations

- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results

- Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases

- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks

- Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
