## Description

Prudential is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Officer to support agency events, sales promotion activities, and team coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Supporting the planning and execution of agency events, sales promotion activities, and recognition programmes

- Coordinating event logistics, including venue arrangements, programme flow, materials preparation, and on-site support

- Working closely with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth delivery of promotion campaigns and event operations

- Assisting in preparing event communications, promotional materials, post-event follow-up, and other ad hoc team projects

The ideal candidate will have:

- A degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in event management, sales promotion, marketing support, or agency administration

- Experience in insurance, financial services, or agency distribution support is an advantage

- Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills with attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
