## Description

Join Red Bull's Global Route-To-Market team in Salzburg, Austria as a Route-To-Market Strategy Manager. You'll shape and drive Red Bull's global Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy across On Premise and Off Premise channels, ensuring world-class distribution and execution.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement global RTM strategies across On Premise and Off Premise channels

- Identify opportunities to improve distribution, availability, customer coverage, and overall RTM efficiency

- Lead global discussions and senior leadership forums focused on distribution, coverage, and commercial effectiveness

- Create differentiated RTM approaches tailored to channels, customer groups, occasions, market maturity, and business segments

- Increase the adoption of digital tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making across RTM planning and execution

- Collaborate with Global Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Data teams, regional stakeholders, and local markets to drive business impact

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in route-to-market strategy, sales strategy, commercial excellence, distribution, or channel management

- Strong understanding of both On Premise and Off Premise environments

- Experience working across multiple markets or regions within an international organization

- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives

- Experience with digital transformation, analytics, CRM systems, or sales technology

- Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

- Fluency in English
