As a Senior Business Controller - Supply Chain/ Operations, you will step into a fast-growing scale-up environment where supply chain complexity meets fast decision-making. As the right hand to our COO, you will not only own the core controlling cycles - from forecasting and budgeting to reporting - but also take a leading role in shaping the strategic direction of our operations cost base.

Your responsibilities include:

- Run a fit-for-purpose planning and control cycle for our supply chain spend, including reporting, budgeting, and long-term planning.

- Partnering with the COO and Head of Operations to share financial insights and ensure P&L owners are in control of their spend.

- Translate financial results into meaningful insights - crafting the story behind the numbers and spotting opportunities to improve performance.

- Build and evaluate business cases for operational improvements and investments.

- Support the broader Business Control team with flexibility and collaboration across the full planning & control cycle.

- Elevate financial awareness across teams by making finance accessible, actionable, and strategic.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in business control, FP&A, or financial analysis. Experience in an FMCG environment is a strong plus.

- You have a strategic and analytical mindset, and know how to bring clarity in complexity. You enjoy creating structure in a dynamic environment.

- You’re experienced in fast-paced, high-growth environments – scale-up experience is a strong plus.

- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to challenge, influence and support senior stakeholders.

- Proven project management capabilities, able to balance multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.

- Advanced skills in Excel; experience with financial systems and reporting tools.

- A relevant academic degree in finance, economics or business.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
