## Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Crystal City, VA. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design, develop, deploy, and sustain innovative software and data capabilities as a member of a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.

You will work across the application stack to build analytic frontends, production APIs, data integration services, reporting interfaces, and supporting data layers that transform complex data and analytic methods into practical, reliable capabilities supporting critical customer requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Designing, building, and maintaining data analytics web applications, dashboards, and user-facing analytics experiences using Streamlit or similar technologies.

- Building and integrating backend services, APIs, and data access layers using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or similar technologies.

- Supporting data ingestion, transformation, validation, and aggregation capabilities.

- Collaborating with data analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical analytics solutions.

- Creating reusable software components and data services that support reporting, visualization, workflow automation, and operational analytics.

- Implementing and maintaining version control using Git.

- Applying software engineering best practices to improve scalability, maintainability, testability, and reliability of analytics applications.

Requirements:

- Current TS/SCI Clearance with active or ability to obtain CI Polygraph.

- 5+ years of related experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience writing clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code.

- Hands-on experience developing software applications that support data analytics, reporting, dashboards, or operational data products.

- Experience with front-end development using Streamlit or similar technologies.

- Working knowledge of web technologies, RESTful APIs, containerization, backend services, and user interface development.

- Familiarity with relational database systems such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.

- Experience writing SQL queries.

Preferred skills:

- Experience developing analytics dashboards, operational reporting tools, or mission-focused data applications.

- Familiarity with data visualization libraries or platforms such as Streamlit, Superset, or similar tools.

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, managed databases, object storage, or cloud deployment environments.

## Job Details

- Salary range: $123,250 - $166,750.

- Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
