## Description

The Learning Delivery and Professional Development Specialist works as a Training Business Partner to the sales organisation, primarily responsible for effectively delivering targeted learning and professional development programs and interventions for sellers and partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Implement and deliver learning and performance development strategies

- Work with BPI AIA Sales Management team and stakeholders to identify learning needs, establish training plans, and design training classes and materials

- Develop and deploy learning experiences based on the 6D's of Learning

- Deliver training programs and projects with clear outcomes, and evaluate post-learning performance

- Support and lead programs and projects with Partnership Distribution leaders

- Conduct onboarding training programs for sales channels and stakeholders

- Participate in training rollouts of products, platforms, and technology solutions

- Partner with teams to align training and performance development programs with business outcomes

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or Psychology

- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar industry with extensive knowledge in sales training, facilitation, and management

- Background in Finance, Banking, and Insurance

- Skills: Presentation/Facilitation, Excellent Communication, Problem Solving & Decision-Making, Coaching & Mentoring, Project Management

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
