## Description

Neighbor is looking for a talented, ambitious, high-agency leader to run its Local Growth team, which helps commercial and residential property owners grow their earnings on the platform.

The Local Growth team focuses on several key initiatives:

- Google Maps: creating and managing thousands of Google Business Profiles for Neighbor property owners across the country

- Signage: installing Neighbor signs at properties and tracking the traffic they drive

- Supply Expansion: working with property owners to invest in capital improvements that grow their Neighbor earnings

As Head of Local Growth, you will manage a team to grow and optimize existing initiatives while also uncovering and scaling net new bets. This is a high-ownership, high-stakes position at a company that's disrupting a $500B industry.

Responsibilities:

- Scale Google Maps by growing and optimizing thousands of Google Business Profiles

- Grow walk-in reservations by scaling and iterating on location signage programs

- Lead supply expansion, helping property owners invest in capital improvements

- Own the demand side of winning key partner pilots

- Prioritize hypotheses, run tests, generate learnings, and scale winners

- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data to improve conversion rates and uncover insights

- Lead and coach a high-output team

- Own channel performance reporting and build dashboards

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or a related function

- A track record of scaling acquisition or conversion channels

- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data

- Strong analytical instincts
