## Description

Swiggy is seeking a Lead Warehouse to manage large, technologically enhanced high-end warehouse operations.

As a Lead Warehouse, you will be responsible for:

- Managing large, big box technologically enhanced high-end warehouse operations

- Driving SOP and KPI for warehousing operations and benchmarking them

- Working closely with all functions to achieve overall business goals

- Warehouse efficiencies and SLA management

- Distribution (Mid-mile Logistics)

- Planning and managing reverse logistics

- Identifying root causes of inventory deviation through cause-and-effect analysis

- Driving productivity and improving cost efficiency

- FEFO and FIFO Management

- Coordinating with the Dark Store operations team for smooth material movement

- Conducting warehouse stock audits and reducing shrink

- Engaging with various teams to streamline processes and operations

The ideal candidate will have:

- 3-4 years of experience in establishing and managing multiple and large, big box technologically enhanced high-end warehouse and logistic operations

- Experience in F&V will be an added advantage

- Effective analytical, communication, and Excel skills

- Ability to work as a team player in a target-driven work environment

- Ability to work with 3PL partners

- Experience in managing a large team

- Ability to think consumer-first and create innovative solutions

- Experience in managing warehousing planning, distribution, and logistic operations of leading organizations

- Ability to forecast and determine productivity requirements

- Drive process improvements and motivate others to reduce shrink

- Ability to develop systems, processes, and infrastructure related to warehouse and logistics

- Implemented lean process and innovative technology solutions to improve automation and productivity

- Ability to analyze various business scenarios and recommend prompt actions
