## Description

We are seeking a Business Lawyer to join our growing international team in Munich and Frankfurt. As a Business Lawyer, you will work at the forefront of leveraged finance transactions, advising debt funds, banks, and private equity investors throughout the financing lifecycle of mid-cap private equity transactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Advising on the selection of the optimal financing structure and strategy

- Drafting and negotiating various contracts required for financing

- Collaborating with clients, international lawyers, debt advisors, and transaction management teams to successfully complete transactions

Ideally, you have:

- A degree in law (Diplomjurist) with a minimum satisfactory grade in the first state examination, or a Master's degree in business law (Wirtschaftsjurist) with a good grade

- Excellent German and English language skills

- Outstanding communication skills and business acumen

- Experience working in a team environment

- Ideally, some international experience
