## Description

You will be part of the Strategy, M&A and Investments Team reporting to the Global Head of Corporate Strategy, focusing on S&P Global's Corporate Strategy. The role involves contributing to strategic growth priorities, defining and tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with senior leaders.

**Responsibilities:**

- Design and execute strategic projects, formulating recommendations and obtaining stakeholder buy-in.

- Define and set goals through the annual strategic planning process with senior management.

- Develop actionable recommendations supporting business strategy and goals.

- Drive implementation of business and operational action plans.

- Articulate S&P Global's strategy to key stakeholders.

- Prepare communications of SPGI strategy and updates to the board of directors and investor community.

- Support strategic assessments and profiling of target companies for acquisitions and partnerships.

- Participate in scenario planning, case studies, and modeling.

- Analyze businesses and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

**Requirements:**

- 6+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, financial analysis, M&A modeling, strategy, or senior executive support.

- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic projects and influence senior leaders.

- Superior strategic and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities.

- Solid business acumen with knowledge of the financial data industry.

**Compensation:** The anticipated base salary range for this position is $122,865 to $214,587.
