## Description

We are seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead and develop a team of Supply Planners. The successful candidate will be accountable for trusted SKU-level supply forecasts, constraint management, inventory results, and continuous planning improvement. The role involves translating enterprise strategy into effective organisational execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and develop a team of Supply Planners

- Accountable for team-wide JBAS forecast quality, cadence, controls, supply assumptions, exception resolution, and disciplined use of the Supply Plan of Record

- Lead Planner of the Future capability rollout across the team: digital workflow adoption, scenario planning, AI/ML insight governance, automation, and data quality

- Set goals and build talent/succession plans across Specialist, Expert, and Master levels

- Partner with Fulfillment on order scheduling and customer commitments while maintaining Supply Planning accountability for the supply forecast

**Requirements:**

- First-level university degree or equivalent relevant experience

- Progressive supply planning/operations and people leadership experience

- Typically 10+ years in planning, operations, finance, strategy, or related functional areas

- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving, strong business acumen and technology understanding

- Strong negotiation, presentation, stakeholder management, and project/risk management

- Proven coaching, team-building, conflict resolution, staff development, and change leadership
