## Description

Samsara, a recently public company, is looking for an Account Executive, Mid Market (Northeast) to drive business growth in the mid-sized customer segment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing the Internet of Things to customers, building Samsara's business, and delivering the benefits of sensor data.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and managing relationships with customers

- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities

- Negotiating and closing deals

- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role

- Experience independently closing new deals larger than $10,000 in annual revenue

- Location in one of the following states: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware

Ideal candidate:

- Proven track record of consistent quota achievement

- Experience selling in the midmarket space

- High-volume cold calling experience

- Growth mindset and willingness to collaborate

- SFDC familiarity

Compensation:

- Annual OTE salary: $152,000-$190,000 USD

- Total rewards package including base salary, performance-based bonus, and equity
