## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. You'll work early mornings, Sundays 07:00-12:00, and other days 05:00-10:00, with potential to work full-time hours during peak periods. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver five-star service at pace and thrive in a high-pressure environment.

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products, ensuring customers feel valued.

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

- Contribute to a positive team environment and adapt to changing demands.
