Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-standard care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The compensation is competitive, with a salary of USD 22-30 per hour, flexible hours, and a schedule that allows for work-life balance.

## Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.

- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.

- Collect data and submit session notes.

- Collaborate with peers and supervisors.

- Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.

- Commute to each location with a vehicle and valid driver's license, arriving promptly at appointments.

- Perform other assigned duties.

## Qualifications and Skills

- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.

- Effective English communication, verbally and in writing.

- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.

- Valid state identification card.

- Reliable transportation.

- Pass a criminal background check.
