## Description

Notion is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create a thoughtful, well-run, and genuinely human candidate experience. The role will be based in Dublin and involves coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and refining hiring processes.

Responsibilities:

- Create a candidate experience that reflects Notion's values

- Coordinate interviews with care and precision

- Build strong recruiting foundations

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills

- Calm approach in fast-moving environments

- Clear, kind, and professional communication skills

Nice to haves:

- Experience supporting GTM roles

- Experience with Ashby, Workday, Slack

- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment

We offer competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The estimated range for total on-target earnings is €68,000 - €76,000.
