## Description

We are seeking an Event Sales & Marketing Coordinator to work with our client's UK office, which organise international trade fairs and business events across Europe.

The role involves coordinating trade fair activity between UK clients and events in Germany, and will include:

- Responding to enquiries and providing information to companies interested in exhibiting at or visiting trade fairs in Germany

- Invoicing ticket and catalogue sales, and dispatching orders

- Liaising with show organisers in Germany, primarily in Frankfurt and Munich

- Managing the client database for marketing purposes

- Identifying new exhibitors and promoting fairs

- Attending fairs in Germany

- Organising press meetings in the UK to promote the fair

The ideal candidate will have:

- Fluency in English

- Fluent German is an advantage, but not essential

- University-level education

- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role

- Excellent communication, questioning, and listening skills

- Ability to build relationships

The salary is £25,000 - £30,000 basic, plus a bonus/commission of up to £10,000.
