## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We're looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

Responsibilities:

- Provide style advice and excellent customer service

- Operate in a high-demand environment and remain digitally confident using tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices

- Maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness while balancing speed and accuracy

- Contribute to a positive store environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing situations and priorities

Work Pattern:

- Sunday: 12:00–17:00

- Monday: 17:30–22:30

- Tuesday: 14:00–19:00

- Wednesday: 08:00–13:00

- Thursday: 12:00–17:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
