## Description

As an Account Manager - Oncology at IQVIA, you will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key accounts.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Identifying unique needs, opportunities, and challenges of key customers

- Developing and implementing account strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Acting as the 'entrepreneur' for assigned accounts, translating company objectives into actionable territory plans

- Overseeing sales planning, forecasting, inventory management, and on-ground strategy execution

- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities

- Developing innovative strategies to promote products aligned with company goals

- Achieving assigned sales targets and business objectives

- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of company products and therapeutic areas

- Providing accurate and timely product information to KOLs

- Conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities and monitor competitor activities

- Monitoring industry trends and market conditions relevant to oncology-derived medicinal products

- Managing tenders

To qualify for this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Biology, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field

- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management, preferably in private and government key hospitals

- Experience in Oncology

- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and negotiation skills

- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- An entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
