## Description

The Merchandiser Lead (ML) role involves servicing customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner, ensuring proper stock levels, display, and rotation at large format retailers. The ML will also support the Merchandising Manager with training and off-day coverage.

**Responsibilities:**

- Support Merchandisers based on geography and footprint to maximize service, communications, and engagement

- Complete onboarding of new merchandisers, certify readiness, and ensure adherence to Red Bull merchandising standards

- In the absence of the Merchandising Manager, act as the main merchandising point of contact and handle communication with the merchandising team, route coverage, and rescheduling/rerouting to maintain service levels

- Ensure Red Bull products are properly rotated and maintained in accordance with product rotation standards

- Maintain records required for compliance with internal policy, including mileage records, trainings, and other records required by law

- Execute and adhere to Red Bull merchandising processes and routines

- Evaluate competitors' activities and communicate with the Merchandising Manager or sales team members

- Build, protect, and grow the Red Bull product portfolio

- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with retail managers of accounts

**Requirements:**

- Prior merchandising experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- A valid US Driver's License

- Reliable vehicle for work purposes with minimum insurance coverage

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
