### Job Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a Director for Large UAV (Group 5), Mission Autonomy Growth to join the team and help continue to support our hyper-growth Division.

As part of the AD&S Growth team, you will support our Group 5 Air Vehicle, Mission Autonomy division through various internal and external activities to implement strategic initiatives, identify new opportunities, grow the division, and bring in business.

### Responsibilities

- Actively contribute to the Division's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, in addition to maintaining and manage an up-to-date and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring clear visibility of potential opportunities and progress.

- Analyze & understand existing and prospective customer base to develop capture strategies, revenue forecasts, and drive technology development plans.

- Coordinate activities across the AD&S Division and facilitate internal communications, including shaping and preparing customer outreach and engagements.

- Partner across Anduril organizations to include Marketing and Communications, Product and Engineering, and Government Relations.

- Represent Anduril to a broad audience: clients, partners, competitors, and the interested public,you'll be responsible for conveying insights that illustrate our approach to building next-generation defense technology and our competitive edges in doing so.

### Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the defense sector, including prior experience with target customers across the DoW and a working understanding of government acquisition

- Prior experience working with US Air Force program offices; strong understanding of US Air Force customer community, requirements process, and operational needs

- Ability to identify, establish and use important customer relationships with senior level officials and program Stakeholders

- Excellent writing and communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers

- Willingness to travel up to 50%

- Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

### Preferred Qualifications

- Real world operational experience in the USAF flying tactical fighter aircraft

- Military Service requirements authorship and/or acquisitions leadership experience

- High sense of personal ownership and is able to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environment

- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence people through both formal and informal constructs and in situations where there is lack of clarity across teams

- Experience working with classified and/or special access programs

### Salary

The salary range for this role is $191,000-$253,000 USD.
