## Description

Prudential is seeking a Copilot Support Specialist to provide first-line support for employees using Microsoft Copilot.

**Role Summary** Provide first-line support for employees for Microsoft Copilot, including login, access, troubleshooting, feature guidance, and issue escalation.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide Level 1 support for Microsoft Copilot users.

- Troubleshoot login, access, and application availability issues.

- Assist users with basic Copilot features and usage questions.

- Document incidents and resolutions.

- Escalate complex issues to the Team Lead.

- Maintain FAQs and user guides.

**Requirements**

- 1-3 years of IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Technical Support experience.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.

- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

- Experience with ticketing systems preferred.

- Willingness to learn Microsoft Copilot technologies.
