## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us.

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to drive sales growth and maintain a positive, high-energy environment.

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store.

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers.

**Requirements:**

- Be at least 18 years old due to early morning work schedule.

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp and focused during busy periods.

- Digital confidence and willingness to learn and use M&S's digital tools.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

**Working Hours:**

- Monday: 04:30-08:30

- Tuesday: 04:30-08:30

- Friday: 04:30-08:30

- Saturday: 04:30-08:30

**Additional Information:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

- A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
