## Description

We are seeking a Public Health Design Team Leader (Associate/Associate Director) to join our Rail Stations mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) discipline team.

As a Public Health Design Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of approximately 15+ engineers in the UK and overseas, providing design and technical leadership on a wide range of Rail and Transportation projects.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and leading the PH and Fire Protection Systems team

- Undertaking PH/Fire systems design review and providing site design support

- Taking responsibility for the review and production of detailed and performance specifications

- Providing technical leadership and guidance to the team

- Undertaking site visits for construction stage projects

- Reviewing design outputs and improving the quality of design deliverables

- Attending client meetings and acting on feedback

Requirements:

- Technical leadership and team management experience

- Proven record of timely and quality design delivery for PH and Fire systems on major projects, preferably Rail stations/metro projects

- Good attention to detail and pride in work produced

- Detailed understanding of building regulations and British Standards

- Understanding of working with Bentley Microstation, RevitMEP or other 3D design software

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
