You will inspire discovery and confidence by making beauty approachable, inclusive, and easy to shop by helping guests explore trends, find solutions tailored to their needs, and build routines that fit their lifestyle and budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience

- Supporting guests with genuine interaction to understand their needs and preferences

- Prioritising guest interaction and engagement while maintaining a clean and organised studio environment

- Participating in ongoing store training to stay up-to-date on new products, industry trends, and business priorities

- Familiarising yourself with prestige product ingredients and benefits

- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

To succeed in this role, you should:

- Enjoy interacting and helping others

- Thrive in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding role

- Be open to working a variable work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts

- Have 12+ months of previous beauty retail experience (preferred but not required)

- Possess strong knowledge of beauty and skincare products

- Have a welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members

- Be able to communicate effectively and work independently and as part of a team
