As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you'll work at the forefront of our business, providing 5-star customer service during our busiest time of year. You'll be a Lush Ambassador, championing our ethics and values, and play a crucial part in creating the ultimate experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide 5-star customer experience consistently, going above and beyond for our customers

- Operate our till systems, with cash-handling training provided

- Stock products on the shop floor, ensuring they're clean and inviting

- Engage with customers through active listening to understand and establish their needs

- Provide sit-down consultations and bespoke routines, including hand and arm massages

- Be adaptable and solutions-focused in a fast-paced retail environment
