## Description

As a Customer Service Representative for Energy at Coolblue, you will assist customers via phone and email with questions about their energy contracts, bills, and consumption. You will work in a hybrid setup, splitting your time between home and our new office in Utrecht.

Responsibilities:

- Answer customer inquiries regarding energy contracts, bills, payment terms, consumption, and meter readings

- Develop yourself and learn about the energy market to grow within the organization

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Dutch

- Availability of 20-40 hours per week

- Ability to work 1 weekend day every 2 weeks

- Registration in the FAD register
