## Description

As a Customer Service Specialist - TS/SCI w/Poly, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing support via telephone, chat, and email.

Responsibilities:

- Provide support to customers and technicians to ensure tickets are tasked and routed to the correct queues.

- Validate work requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.

- Prioritize and assign daily work/tasks based on remaining SLA times, priority tasking, and first-in, first-out.

- Escalate problems or tickets to higher-level management when required.

Requirements:

- High school diploma/GED

- 1+ year of related experience

- Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work on-site

- US citizenship required
