## Description

We are seeking a dependable, organised, and busy individual to join our team as a Warehouse Runner in Stoneham, MA.

In this role, you will ensure that the right equipment, materials, and parts are delivered to our field teams.

You will be part of a team that prioritises doing things correctly, supporting each other, and providing excellent service to customers and field professionals.

## Responsibilities

- Pick up, receive, verify, load, and deliver HVAC and plumbing equipment, materials, parts, and supplies

- Ensure technicians and field teams have the necessary equipment and materials for their jobs

- Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately for each job

- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe company vehicle

- Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries and pickups

- Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, technicians, and customers

- Follow all company safety policies and procedures

- Complete all assigned tasks efficiently, safely, and accurately

- Stay flexible and adaptable as schedules, assignments, and business needs change

- Support the warehouse and field teams with additional duties and responsibilities as needed

- Represent Sila professionally and respectfully in all interactions

## Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- At least 2 years of driving experience preferred

- HVAC, plumbing, warehouse, delivery, or related experience is a plus

- HVAC school or technical training is a plus

- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player

- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong understanding of workplace safety

- Reliable, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed

- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed

- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and regularly stand, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and travel to various locations
