## Responsibilities

The main focus of the role will be to work with senior leaders to develop winning proposals for strategic prospects (90% of time).

- Assist the Property & Buildings business unit / market segment with strategy and targets.

- Act as a gate keeper for the business in terms of governance, process, branding etc.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coherence in proposal development.

- Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes within the business unit/market segment.

- Support in the identification and evaluation of potential strategic partnerships or alliances. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy development.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the business unit/market segment.

- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the business unit's visibility and reputation.

## Qualifications

- Bachelors in related fields.

- 10 years' experience on a major construction project; preferably in a construction logistics role along with Strong Bid Management Experience - current or past in our industry.

- Excellent technical content writing skills.

- The ability to think strategically.

- Good visual / presentation skills.

- Basic commercial acumen.
