## Description

Humana's Transformation Office team is a high-performing team that works closely with senior leaders to help chart the course for the company's future. You will support the complex and coordinated effort required to execute the enterprise strategy, accelerating the company's long-term vision by identifying opportunities, designing solutions, and implementing initiatives to fundamentally change the member, patient, provider, and associate experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead one or more complex, cross-functional workstreams with limited support from team leadership.

- Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving to complex strategic and operational challenges.

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and develop business cases and data-driven recommendations.

- Synthesize complex findings into clear, compelling executive-level stories and PowerPoint presentations.

- Quickly develop high-quality, data-backed deliverables with limited rework.

- Build trusted relationships with business partners and effectively influence stakeholders and senior leaders.

- Work effectively across the enterprise in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, adapting as priorities and business needs evolve.

- Demonstrate a growth mindset by actively seeking and applying coaching and feedback.

**Required Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of full-time work experience with 1-3 years of consulting firm, and strategy experience OR Master's degree with business or healthcare exposure

- Strong business acumen and analytical skills

- Familiarity with strategic frameworks and strategy development

- Ability to identify, structure, and solve business problems

- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

- Demonstrated work ethic, detail orientation, and commitment to excellence

- Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous, fast-paced, and changing environments
