The Seasonal Retail Store Associate position is a limited-time employment opportunity to support increased summer business and tourism now through Labor Day. As a Seasonal Store Associate, you will play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.

**Essential Functions:**

- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues

- Focus on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating additional items

- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision

- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks

- Support opening and closing store activities, when needed

- Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty

- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed

- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs

**Required Qualifications:**

- At least 16 years of age

**Physical Requirements:**

- Remain upright on your feet for sustained periods

- Lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently

- Visual Acuity - close visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and reading

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting

**Education:**

- High School diploma or equivalent

**Anticipated Weekly Hours:**

- 20

**Time Type:**

- Part-time

**Pay Range:**

- $15.00 - $19.00
