## Description

Join Ford of Canada at the Oakville Assembly Complex as a Plant Protection Officer - Inventory Management. You will ensure the security of site and vehicle inventory, conduct workplace patrols, manage access control, write reports, operate security monitoring equipment, handle conflict management, and ensure compliance with Ford Motor Company policies.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure security of site and vehicle inventory

- Ensure compliance with Ford Motor Company policies

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED

- Valid Ontario Security Guard License

- Valid Class G Driver’s License

- First Aid, CPR, AED Certification

- Availability to work all shifts (days, afternoons, midnights, weekends, and holidays)

- Availability to work up to 40 hours/week

Preferred qualifications:

- Customer service and report writing experience

- Demonstrated ability to respond with patience, courtesy, and professionalism

- Ability to work independently and unsupervised

This is a supplemental, non-permanent role with an hourly salary range of $25.55.
