## Description

FBS – Farmer Business Services is part of Farmers operations with the purpose of building a global approach to identifying, recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.

As a FBS Platform Governance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

- Implementation and enforcement of IT policies and procedures.

- Support overall governance functions across Farmers' managed Cloud environments.

- Collaborate with other towers within Cloud Transformation to ensure compliance.

- Organize Disaster Recovery Tests while also creating and maintaining DR documentation.

- Working alongside internal testers, auditors and external parties in support of Audit and Compliance.

- Assist with remediation efforts for non-compliant infrastructure requirements.

- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience within IT with preference of Infrastructure, operations, audit or compliance experience.

- Understanding of IaaC within AWS

- Familiarity with Disaster Recovery concepts.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Experience working with Data governance

- Experience working with both Windows and Linux (RHEL and/or AWS Linux) systems

- Compliance within CI/CD Pipelines
