## Description

You will partner with customers, sales teams, and engineering groups to deliver comprehensive solutions. You will work alongside internal and external partners to deploy Cisco services, maintaining direct relationships with technical staff and management to keep projects on track.

Your responsibilities include:

- Solving technical challenges and leading delivery projects from start to finish

- Creating design plans, writing scripts for automation, and building simulations to test system compatibility

- Sharing knowledge, mentoring team members, and providing consulting recommendations to help clients navigate their own technology transitions

- Acting as a primary point of contact for technical resolution, ensuring that complex problems are addressed quickly and effectively

- Standardizing methods to improve future delivery across the practice

Minimum qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of data centre design, operations, and architecture, including Cisco Nexus switches, Cisco ACI, Cisco MDS, routing and switching protocols, and storage area networks

- Experience with hybrid cloud environments, virtualization technologies, and containerization platforms

- Strong understanding of data centre security best practices, firewalls, high availability, and disaster recovery planning

- Demonstrated expertise in a broad range of technologies and delivery methods

- Bilingual fluency in Canadian French and English

Preferred qualifications:

- Proficiency in Python, Ansible, and REST APIs

- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, AI/ML workloads, Cisco Catalyst Centre, and Cisco Nexus 9000 switches

- Cisco Certified Network Professional Data Centre (CCNP Data Centre) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Data Centre (CCIE Data Centre)

The starting salary range for this position is $120,300.00 to $150,800.00.
