## Description

As the Senior Procurement Manager at ZoomInfo, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including intake, document review, approvals, execution, and contractor onboarding.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing, reviewing, executing, and managing IT contracts, renewals, terminations, and change orders

- Partnering with stakeholders to plan and conduct medium-to-high complexity sourcing projects

- Defining deal objectives, identifying sourcing solutions, and implementing negotiation strategies

- Leading commercial negotiations and ensuring financial processes are in place for payments, invoices, and work orders

- Developing and maintaining relevant financial, operational, and service metrics for the Procurement Department

- Managing and resolving contract disputes, collecting and reviewing vendor contracts, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Procurement processes and best practices

The ideal candidate will have:

- A BA/BS degree, with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or related field preferred

- Five-seven years of industry experience in product and services procurement, sourcing, and contract administration

- Minimum of three years of experience negotiating medium to large-sized IT product and services agreements

- Demonstrated knowledge of spend analysis techniques, contract administration, governance, and customer relationship management

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate with vendors and manage multiple priorities
