## Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Relationship Manager (Pension Solutions) to join our Institutional Pension & Official Institutions team. As a Senior Sales Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for actively developing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the Pension Solutions area.

Responsibilities:

- Develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities in Pension Solutions

- Provide independent advice to customers on solutions in CTA, pension funds, and occupational pensions

- Manage a portfolio of customers, including coordinating internal interfaces and preparing and conducting customer meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions

- Lead complex outsourcing projects and provide customer-specific structuring and consulting services

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to efficiently manage customer concerns

Requirements:

- Completed studies in business administration, economics, law, mathematics, or a comparable qualification

- Pronounced sales orientation and ability to actively develop customer relationships

- At least two years of relevant professional experience in occupational pensions, particularly in advising corporate clients and/or accompanying outsourcing solutions for pension obligations

- Sound practical experience in CTA, pension funds, and related issues in occupational pensions

- Ability to quickly take on responsibility for existing customer mandates and lead them independently

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills in developing individual and practical solution concepts

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Very good language skills in German and English
