## Description

As a Patient Service Coordinator at PT Solutions Physical Therapy, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between patients, providers, and insurers. You'll take ownership of key administrative and communication processes, including verifying insurance coverage, securing prior authorizations, and coordinating physician referrals.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Reconciling patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines

- Verifying insurance coverage and managing benefits

- Obtaining authorization and prior authorization

- Managing over-the-counter collections and reconciling charges weekly and monthly

- Maintaining relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- A high school or GED diploma

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
