## Description

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its growing practice in Indiana.

The successful candidate will handle a heavy and complex caseload of cases and hearings, and will be responsible for:

- Day-to-day handling of cases and hearings

- Drafting and filing of litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions

- Guiding clients through the case process

- Interacting with expert witnesses, including conferences and drafting of expert reports and affidavits

- Preparation for and attendance at depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

To qualify, candidates must have:

- A law degree from a fully accredited law school

- An active license with the Indiana State Bar Association (multiple state bar licenses preferred)

- Litigation experience, with a focus on Workers' Compensation

- Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings

- Excellent client service and communication skills

- Self-motivation and drive, with long-term career goals

- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
