## Description

We are seeking a Patient Administrator to join the team at The Droitwich Spa Hospital, part of Circle Health Group. This bank role involves working on an 'as and when required' basis, primarily on Mondays and Thursdays, including evenings.

The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey. Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring the Circle Health Group best practice process maps are followed to provide an efficient, professional, and standard service to patients, visitors, consultants, and staff

- Managing patient queries efficiently and professionally

- Handling incoming and outgoing mail

- Approving electronic bookings and updating booking records

- Maintaining knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act and ensuring appropriate measures are taken

- Complying with all relevant mandatory training

To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:

- Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence

- Proficiency in using a PC, including software and systems

- Basic financial awareness

- Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment is beneficial
