## Description

At Soho House, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to members and guests as a Server. You will discuss and educate them on menu items, allergies, and present an approachable and elevated experience. Your goal will be to ensure seamless communication between Front of House and Back of House staff, maintain a positive attitude, and be detail-oriented while working under pressure.

Main Duties:

- Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management

- Positively influence members and guests' experiences by elevating the dining experience

- Maintain communication and advise Management and Executive Chef on any allergies or potential red flags

- Complete all check-out reports at the end of each shift

- Adhere to health and safety policies and company procedures

- Ensure food orders are finished being plated and coursed out correctly

- Assist runners and bussers when possible

- Clean and stock server alley and bar area

- Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions

- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar capacity

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments

- Hospitable, approachable, and passionate about customer service

- Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School

- Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays

- Ability to take direction, work in a team environment, and autonomously

- Tips certified and POS knowledge

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands

- Must be able to make periodical fast-paced movements

- Must be able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 20 pounds

- Must be able to occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and climb
