You'll bring a proactive approach to the butcher's counter - handling, cutting, and presenting meat to company specs, helping both in-store and online shoppers get exactly what they need for their meals.

### Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding, friendly service that highlights fresh products, preparing custom cuts for in-store and online shoppers alike.

- Cut, bone, steak, dice, mince, season, and wrap meat primals to exact company specifications using specialist equipment.

- Maintain vibrant displays, keeping fresh meat counters and pre-packaged displays well-stocked, fresh, and attractive throughout the trading day.

- Work safely with specialist tools like knives, saws, and mincing machines, upholding strict health, safety, and hygiene standards.
