## Description

We are seeking a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) to join our team at the Georgetown Center for Adult Medicine. As an LVN, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to provide direct patient care and support to customers. Your primary responsibilities will include administering medications, performing routine tasks such as vital sign checks and wound care, and assisting with procedures. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:

- Current LVN licensure in the state of Texas

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications:

- Previous experience as an LVN in a hospital or medical setting

- Certification in a specialty area such as pediatrics or gerontology

- Bilingual or multilingual skills
