## Description

We are seeking an Associate, Technology Product Management to drive the overall product strategy and strategic initiatives for our platform. You will partner with investment teams, users, technology leaders, and stakeholders to shape the vision for the next version of the platform and define the deployment strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining roadmaps, providing quarterly updates, and creating content for management communications

- Preparing requirements documentation for software developers

- Collaborating in the development or testing of new analytical software

- Coordinating product development life cycles, leveraging AI agents to automate tasks

- Identifying, tracking, or maintaining metrics for reporting system operations

- Establishing processes and frameworks for continuous improvement of the platform

- Coordinating data and report migrations from legacy systems to modern platforms

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field

- 36 months of experience in the job offered or a closely related role

- 3 years of experience with software development methodologies, change management tools, SQL, relational databases, and product development and delivery within financial services or fintech
