### Job Overview

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be an integral part of the Red Bull team, responsible for creating and executing sales and marketing plans to build the Red Bull brand within the student community and beyond.

### Responsibilities

- Be a brand and product ambassador, representing Red Bull in exceptional manner through daily interactions with consumers and clients

- Increase consumer base by inviting people to try Red Bull in the right places and at the right time, responding effectively to consumer inquiries

- Develop and execute a personalized and innovative plan on campus, involving students and making the brand come alive in the university

- Establish a strong network of contacts through relationships with key stakeholders

- Drive brand engagement on social media through authentic content

- Work at Red Bull events and supported events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers

- Build relationships with local customers at points of sale, ensuring Red Bull is available and visible to consumers

- Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points for Red Bull on campus and beyond

- Utilize relevant Red Bull resources to maintain a consistent brand presence among local customers

- Ensure execution meets 'perfect store' standards

### Requirements

- Currently enrolled as a student

- Expected graduation date from 2027.2 onwards, preferably in Administration, Communication, or Marketing courses

- Valid driver's license category B

- Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product

- Excellent communication skills

- Charismatic, energetic, positive, and extroverted personality

- Immersed in student life with a deep understanding of the university scene, city, and region

- Highly accessible and sociable, able to connect with different people in various situations

- Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with high sense of responsibility and initiative

- Ability to balance part-time work and studies

- Affinity for learning and applying new skills, especially in marketing and sales

- Connected to various groups and influential individuals on campus
