## Description

We are seeking a Commercial Finance Controller to join our team in Kyiv. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring financial stewardship of the business through cross-functional decisions, preparation, presentation, and influence of valuable analytical insights.

**Responsibilities:**

- General:

- Guarantee full compliance with the Group Controlling guideline.

- Design and maintain SAP and BI systems and reporting setup.

- Measure and review cost/benefit ratios of proposed activities.

- Ensure timely distribution of financial information to budget holders.

- Promote efficiency in Controlling.

- Month End/Year End Closing:

- Maintain customer hierarchy in BI.

- Coordinate and check monthly accruals.

- Analyse and explain variances.

- Prepare actuals reports.

- Planning & Forecasting:

- Coordinate Business Plan/Revised Estimate/Latest Estimate data.

- Support and challenge budget owners.

- Prepare year-to-go best estimates and forecasts.

- Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare customer profitability reports.

- Calculate customer, channel, and SKU mix impact.

- Collect and evaluate DP margin/P&L reporting.

- Business Partnership:

- Act as a contact and business partner for key stakeholders.

- Work closely with Key Account Managers.

- Regularly review short-term promotional trade spends.

**Requirements:**

- BComm or equivalent degree.

- IT literate with excellent MS Excel and proficient MS PowerPoint knowledge.

- Strong familiarity with integrated business analysis tools.

- In-depth understanding of promotional mechanics and financial impact.

- Highly analytical, financially literate, and commercially savvy.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
