## Description

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Campus Fabric PLM, Cloud Assurance and Field Enablement professional. As a global edge-to-cloud company, we advance the way people live and work. You will independently lead and drive the end-to-end product strategy and operational product roadmap for complex products or product portfolios.

Responsibilities:

- Create and articulate the value proposition, target customer segments, and business cases for innovative and disruptive products

- Synthesize market requirements into marketing/customer details through intimate customer knowledge and business, financial, and industry market acumen

- Drive innovative and futuristic approaches based on external market insights and feedback

- Build products from ideation to launch

- Recommend and influence key stakeholders with data-driven analysis on strategic priorities throughout all phases of the product lifecycle

- Create and drive goal alignment and collaborate across one or more products' value chain partners to optimize margins and enable success of products per plans

- Act as a leader, providing guidance and mentoring to less-experienced team members

Education and Experience Required:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field of study; MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred

- 10+ years of work experience in a related field

- Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry

- Translation of technical requirements/functions into business value for the customer

Knowledge and Skills:

- Extensive team skills and ability to cross-functionally drive/influence work through others

- Ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects

- Works cross-functionally to align with Go-to-Market, operations, and other functions

- Extensive skills in cost-efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation and analysis

- Extensive business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection
